New Issue: North Carolina Medical sells $169.66 million Duke University Health deal

New York, May 12 – The North Carolina Medical Care Commission sold $169.66 million of series 2016A health care facilities refunding revenue bonds for Duke University Health System, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/AA) were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2017 to 2029 with 3% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to refund health system’s series 2009A revenue bonds.
