Moody's gives negative outlook to Wayne Memorial, N.C., bonds

Moody's Investors Service revised the outlook to negative from stable on the A2 rating assigned to $64.6 million of Wayne Memorial Hospital's bonds issued by the North Carolina Medical Care Commission.

The A2 rating was also affirmed.
