Wake Forest University, N.C., to sell $110 million of revenue bonds

New York, July 11 - The North Carolina Capital Facilities Finance Agency is expected to sell $110 million of series 2012 educational facilities revenue bonds for Wake Forest University, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Wells Fargo Securities LLC and BB&T Capital Markets LLC as the senior managers.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2040 and 2042.

Proceeds will be used to construct and design residence halls, a dining hall and academic buildings, as well as to upgrade the university's heating plant.
