Knoxville, Tenn., July 3 - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. said it completed a C$1.65 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company sold 4,714,571 units at C$0.35 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.55 for 18 months.
Proceeds will be used to advance the Real de Catorce Silver Project and for general working capital purposes.
Normabec is a mining company based in St-Bruno, Quebec.
