Norilsk Nickel to start Asia, Europe roadshows for $500 million bonds next week

St. Louis, Sept. 9 - Asian and European roadshows will begin during the week of Sept. 13 for Norilsk Nickel Finance's $500 million offering of bonds (corporate credit ratings Ba1/BB), according to an informed source.

Citigroup and Morgan Stanley have the bookrunning mandate for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The prospective issuer is Russia's largest metals producer.
