Russia's Norilsk Nickel brings back $500 million bond offering

New York, Sept. 1 - Norilsk Nickel plans to issue $500 million of bonds, according to a market source.

Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are running the Regulation S deal.

In July, Russia's largest metals producer postponed plans for a similar bond offering.
