Ares Capital calls all $182.5 million 5.875% senior notes due 2022

Morgantown, W.Va., May 22 – Ares Capital Corp. issued a notice of redemption for all $182.5 million of its outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2022.

The notes will be redeemed on June 21.

Ares Capital is a specialty finance company based in New York City.
