Ares Capital to redeem all $143.75 million of 7% senior notes due 2022

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 12 – Ares Capital Corp. called all $143.75 million of its 7% senior notes due Feb. 15, 2022, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on March 16.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

The alternative asset management firm is based in Los Angeles.
