Nordic Mining raises NOK 18.13 million via private placement of stock

Offering, at NOK 1.45 per share, funds project development, expenses

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 18 - Nordic Mining ASA announced it completed a private placement of shares on Monday. The deal raised NOK 18.13 million.

The company sold 12.5 million shares at NOK 1.45 each.

The placement was managed by Carnegie ASA.

Proceeds will be used for development of the Engebø, Keliber and Gudvangen projects, as well as for general business development and corporate expenses.

Nordic is an Oslo, Norway-based mining company.
