Knoxville, Tenn., March 21 – Nordic Investment Bank sold $500 million of 2.5% three-year global notes (Aaa/AAA) on Wednesday, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes were sold at 99.796.
BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Toronto-Dominion Bank are the bookrunners.
Nordic Investment Bank is an international financial institution owned by Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden.
