New Issue: Nordic Investment Bank sells $500 million 1.5% two-year notes at 99.922

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 2 – Nordic Investment Bank sold $500 million of 1.5% two-year global notes (Aaa/AAA) on Wednesday at 99.922, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bookrunners are BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets Corp.

Nordic Investment Bank is an international financial institution owned by Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden.
