Nordic Investment Bank to price three-year notes during Jan. 18 week

New York, Jan. 19 - Nordic Investment Bank is expected to price three-year notes later in the Jan. 18 week, a source close to the offering said.

The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) will be sold under Rule 144A. Specific timing is unknown, but the notes are not expected to be sold until Thursday or Friday, the source said.

Citigroup Global Markets, Deutsche Bank Securities, HSBC Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities are running the books.

The lender to Nordic countries is based in Helsinki, Finland.
