New Issue: Nordic Investment Bank prices $1 billion 3.625% five-year notes at 99.569

Omaha, May 7 - Nordic Investment Bank priced $1 billion 3.625% five-year global notes (Aaa/AAA) on Wednesday at 99.569, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

HSBC Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Nomura International plc were the bookrunners.

The international finance institution is based in Helsinki, Finland.
