Noodles intends to price initial public sale of class A common stock

Funds used for working capital and other general corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., May 23 - Noodles & Co. will price its initial public offering of class A common stock with a greenshoe, according to an S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company expects its shares will trade on the Nasdaq or NYSE under the symbol "NDLS."

Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Bofa Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, Baird and Piper Jaffray are assisting.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

The Broomfield, Colo., company operates fast casual restaurants.
