New Issue: Nomura prices $2 million callable step-up notes with 3.1% initial rate

New York, Nov. 26 – Nomura America Finance, LLC priced $2 million of callable step-up notes due Nov. 30, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 3.1% for the first five years, stepping up to 3.5% on Nov. 28, 2019, to 4% on Nov. 28, 2021, to 5.5% on Nov. 28, 2023, to 7% on Nov. 28, 2024 and to 8% on Nov. 28, 2025. Interest will be payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning on Nov. 28, 2015, the notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date.
