Blesbok ups stake in Nobel Learning to 13.5%

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 17 - Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. investor Blesbok LLC acquired 356,420 shares of the company for $13.13 per share in a broker transaction on Aug. 16.
Blesbok beneficially owns 1,397,969, or 13.5%, of the West Chester, Pa., private education company's shares, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
On March 27, Blesbok reported owning 1,041,549 shares, or 10.1%, of Nobel Learning.
