Nobel Learning Communities forces conversion of series E preferreds

Washington, Feb. 1 - Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. announced that it forced conversion of all of the outstanding shares of its series E preferred stock on Feb. 1.

The company issued 1.55 million common shares as a result of the conversions.

Nobel Learning is a West Chester, Pa.-based provider of education and school management services.
