Non-brokered offering is expected to finance general working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., March 4 - NMC Resource Corp. said it plans a C$1 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 6,666,666 units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.15 per unit. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.50 for two years.
The strike price represents a 212.50% premium to C$0.16, the March 1 closing share price.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital.
The natural resource company is based in Vancouver, B.C.
