Fitch assigns Nitrogenmuvek notes BB-

Fitch Ratings said it has assigned Nitrogenmuvek Zrt. a long-term issuer default rating of B+ with a stable outlook.

The agency said it has simultaneously assigned Nitrogenmuvek's proposed issue of notes an expected foreign currency senior unsecured rating of BB-(exp).

Nitrogenmuvek's rating is supported by its share of the Hungarian market and by the protection offered by high ground transportation costs for potential competing importers, Fitch added.
