Nissan Copper considers issuing foreign currency convertible bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 4 - Nissan Copper Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will weigh plans to issue foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on Jan. 9.
The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts.
Mumbai, India-based Nissan Copper makes copper tubes and products.
