New Issue: Nile Therapeutics seals $3.36 million placement of shares with warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., July 13 - Nile Therapeutics, Inc. detailed a $3.36 million private placement of stock in an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal settled July 7.
The company sold 2,691,394 shares at $1.25 per share.
The investors also received warrants for 2,691,394 common shares. Of the five-year warrants, 25% are exercisable at $1.25, 25% are exercisable at $1.71 and 50% are exercisable at $2.28.
San Francisco-based Nile is a biopharmaceutical company.
