Nile Africa's redemption fee now for shares held less than 90 days

Minneapolis, March 7 - Nile Capital Investment Trust announced that effective immediately, the redemption fee of the Nile Pan Africa Fund, Nile Africa Natural Resources Fund and Nile Africa Fixed Income Fund will apply to shares held less than 90 days, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Previously, the redemption fee applied to shares held less than two years.

Additionally, effective immediately, the minimum initial investment for institutional class shares of each fund is reduced to $250,000 from $1 million, according to the filing.

The funds' adviser is New York-based Nile Capital Management, LLC.
