India's NIIT to sell $10 million convertibles

New York, Jan. 14 - NIIT Ltd. said it plans to offer $10 million of convertible bonds in an international private placement.

The New Delhi, India, information technology education company said the offering was approved by its board of directors at a meeting on Jan. 14.
