Nickel North increases private placement of stock to C$5 million

Company selling flow-through common shares at C$0.30 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., May 2 - Nickel North Exploration Corp. said it increased its non-brokered private placement of stock to C$5 million from C$4 million. The deal priced on March 7.

The company is selling flow-through common shares at C$0.30 each. The price per share represents a 130.77% premium to the March 6 closing share price of C$0.13.

The Vancouver, B.C., company explores for nickel, copper and platinum group metals.
