Knoxville, Tenn., March 7 - Nickel North Exploration Corp. said it plans a C$4 million non-brokered private placement of stock.
The company will sell 13,333,333 flow-through common shares at C$0.30 each. The price per share represents a 130.77% premium to the March 6 closing share price of C$0.13.
The Vancouver, B.C., company explores for nickel, copper and platinum group metals.
