India's NHPC may sell Rs. 45 billion of bonds via private placement

Chicago, July 20 – NHPC Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue up to Rs. 45 billion of corporate bonds in a private placement.

The issue will be discussed at a board meeting set for July 22.

NHPC is a hydropower generation company based in Faridabad, India.
