Company sells common shares at $1.00 per share in deal

Knoxville, Tenn., April 30 - Next Graphite, Inc. completed a $50,000 private placement of stock on April 29, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 50,000 common shares at $1.00 per share.

The private Carson City, Nev., company sells imitation jewelry.
