New Issue: GS Finance sells $520,000 leveraged notes on basket of 82 stocks

Los Angeles, May 3 – GS Finance Corp. priced $520,000 of 0% leveraged notes due April 14, 2022 linked a basket of common shares, exchangeable subordinate voting shares or ordinary shares of 82 companies, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
