New York State Thruway defeases general revs, personal income tax revs

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 29 – The New York State Thruway Authority plans to redeem three series of its general revenue bonds and two series of state personal income tax transportation revenue bonds, according to two notices.

The following series F general revenue bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 16:

• $22,125,000 of 5% bonds due 2016;

• $22,005,000 of 5% bonds due 2017;

• $3.73 million of 5% bonds due 2018;

• $19.32 million of 5% bonds due 2018;

• $815,000 of 4.125% bonds due 2019;

• $23,345,000 of 5% bonds due 2019;

• $345,000 of 4.125% bonds due 2020;

• $25.02 million of 5% bonds due 2020;

• $25,000 of 4.2% bonds due 2021;

• $26.67 million of 5% bonds due 2021;

• $120,000 of 4.25% bonds due 2022;

• $27,895,000 of 5% bonds due 2022;

• $50,000 of 4.3% bonds due 2023;

• $29.37 million of 5% bonds due 2023;

• $100,000 of 4.3% bonds due 2024;

• $30,795,000 of 5% bonds due 2024;

• $275,000 of 4.375% bonds due 2025;

• $19,055,000 of 5% bonds due 2025;

• $20,285,000 of 5% bonds due 2026;

• $2,915,000 of 4.5% bonds due 2030; and

• $20.58 million of 5% bonds due 2030.

The following series G general revenue bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 1, 2015:

• $580,000 of 3.75% bonds due 2016;

• $35 million of 5% bonds due 2028;

• $96,855,000 of 4.75% bonds due 2029;

• $80 million of 4.75% bonds due 2030;

• $88.77 million of 5% bonds due 2030; and

• $244.33 million of 5% bonds due 2032.

The following series I general revenue bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 1, 2016:

• $585,000 of 3% bonds due 2016;

• $2,415,000 of 5% bonds due 2026;

• $580,000 of 4% bonds due 2017; and

• $3.42 million of 5% bonds due 2017.

The following 2005A state personal income tax revenue bonds will be redeemed on March 15, 2015:

• $220,000 of 3.5% bonds due March 15, 2016;

• $13.64 million of 5% bonds due March 15, 2016;

• $12,275,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2017;

• $14,615,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2018;

• $16,105,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2019;

• $130,000 of 3.8% bonds due March 15, 2020;

• $15.53 million of 5% bonds due March 15, 2020;

• $25,000 of 3.9% bonds due March 15, 2023;

• $100,000 of 3.9% bonds due March 15, 2024;

• $1,205,000 of 4% bonds due March 15, 2025; and

• $16.79 million of 5% bonds due March 15, 2025.

The following 2006A state personal income tax revenue bonds will be redeemed on March 15, 2016:

• $11.53 million of 4% bonds due March 15, 2017;

• $1,845,000 of 4% bonds due March 15, 2018;

• $2,495,000 of 4% bonds due March 15, 2019;

• $15,755,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2019;

• $645,000 of 4.125% bonds due March 15, 2020;

• $18,495,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2020;

• $1.17 million of 4.125% bonds due March 15, 2021;

• $18.92 million of 5% bonds due March 15, 2021;

• $430,000 of 4.2% bonds due March 15, 2022;

• $20,655,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2022;

• $675,000 of 4.2% bonds due March 15, 2023;

• $21.46 million of 5% bonds due March 15, 2023;

• $200,000 of 4.25% bonds due March 15, 2024;

• $23,035,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2024;

• $325,000 of 4.25% bonds due March 15, 2025;

• $24,075,000 of 5% bonds due March 15, 2025;

• $885,000 of 4.25% bonds due March 15, 2026; and

• $24.73 million of 5% bonds due March 15, 2026.
