New Issue: New York State Housing prices $302.69 million of housing revenue bonds

New York, June 21 – The New York State Housing Finance Agency priced $302.69 million of series 2016C affordable housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through senior managers Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2027 with term bonds due in 2031, 2036, 2041, 2046 and 2049. The serial coupons range from 0.6% to 2.4% all priced at par. The 2031 bonds have a 2.75% coupon, the 2036 bonds have a 3.05% coupon, the 2041 bonds a 3.25% coupon, the 2046 bonds have a 3.35% coupon and the 2049 bonds have a 3.375% coupon, all priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance mortgage loans for multifamily housing projects.
