New York State Housing prepares $105.22 million housing revenue bonds

New York, April 28 – The New York State Housing Finance Agency is expected to price $105,215,000 of series 2016B affordable housing revenue bonds, said a preliminary official statement.
The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Loop Capital Markets LLC as the senior managers. The co-managers are Academy Securities Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Ramirez & Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2018 to 2027 with term bonds due in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2031, 2041, 2046 and 2049.
Proceeds will be used to finance six mortgage loans to fund improvements to housing projects.
