New Issue: New York State Housing prices $59.84 million affordable housing bonds

New York, June 3 – The New York State Housing Finance Agency sold $59,835,000 of series 2015B affordable housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa2) were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2026 with term bonds due in 2030, 2035, 2040, 2045 and 2050. The serial coupons range from 0.35% to 3.1% all priced at par. The 2030 bonds have a 3.6% coupon, the 2035 bonds a 3.9% coupon, the 2040 bonds a 4.05% coupon, the 2045 bonds a 4.125% coupon and the 2050 bonds a 4.25% coupon, all priced at par.
Proceeds will finance two loans for two affordable housing projects in the state.
