New Issue: New York State Housing prices $101.83 million affordable housing bonds

New York, Dec. 12 – The New York State Housing Finance Agency priced $101.83 million of series 2014G affordable housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Loop Capital Markets LLC.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2025 with term bonds due in 2029, 2034, 2039, 2044 and 2047. The serial coupons range from 0.2% to 2.9%, all priced at par. The 2029 bonds have a 3.35% coupon, the 2034 bonds have a 3.65% coupon, the 2039 bonds have a 3.8% coupon, the 2044 bonds have a 3.9% coupon and the 2047 bonds have a 4% coupon, all priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance seven mortgage loans to rehabilitate seven housing projects within the state.
