New Issue: New York State Housing Finance offers $61.6 million housing revenue bonds

New York, June 19 - The New York State Housing Finance Agency sold $61.6 million of series 2013A affordable housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due in 2028, 2033, 2038 and 2046. The serial coupons range from 0.3% to 3.2% all priced at par. The 2028 bonds have a 3.875% coupon, the 2033 bonds have a 4.2% coupon, the 2038 bonds have a 4.4% coupon and the 2046 bonds have a 4.65% coupon all priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance loans for the construction, acquisition and rehabilitation of three affordable housing projects within the state.
