New Issue: New York State Housing prices $125.94 million of housing revenue bonds

New York, Dec. 11 - The New York State Housing Finance Agency sold $125.94 million of series 2013E affordable housing revenue bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through lead managers Ramirez & Co. Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2024 with term bonds due in 2028, 2033, 2038, 2043 and 2049. The serial coupons range from 0.15% to 3.65% all priced at par. The 2028 bonds have a split 4.125% coupon priced at par. The 2033 bonds have a split 4.625% coupon priced at par, and the 2038 bonds have a split 4.875% coupon priced at par. The 2043 bonds have a split 4.95% coupon priced at par, and the 2049 bonds have a split 5.05% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance six mortgage loans to rehabilitate affordable housing projects within the state.
