New Issue: New York State Housing prices $157.5 million of revenue bonds at par

New York, Dec. 7 - The New York State Housing Finance Agency priced $157.5 million of series 2012E housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Ramirez & Co. Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2024 with term bonds due in 2030, 2032, 2037, 2042 and 2050. The serial coupons range from 0.33% to 2.6%, all priced at par. The 2030 bonds have a 3%, the 2032 bonds have a 3.1% coupon and the 2037 bonds have a 3.4% coupon, all priced at par. The 2042 bonds have a 3.5% coupon and the 2050 bonds have a 3.75% coupon, both priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance a mortgage loan to rehabilitate the River Park Towers Apartments in the Bronx, N.Y.
