New Issue: New York State Housing sells $50.36 million of revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 5 - The New York State Housing Finance Agency sold $50,355,000 of series 2012C affordable housing revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due in 2027, 2032, 2037, 2042 and 2044. The serial coupons range from 0.25% to 2.65%, all priced at par. The 2027 bonds have a 3.1% coupon, the 2032 bonds have a 3.45% coupon, the 2037 bonds have a 3.75% coupon, the 2042 bonds have a 3.8% coupon, and the 2044 bonds have a 3.85% coupon, all priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance loans to construct or renovate three affordable housing projects in the state.
