S&P rates New York State Housing bonds AAA

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its AAA rating, and stable outlook, to the New York State Housing Finance Agency's series 2008A and 2008B state personal income tax revenue bonds, issued for New York State.

The $150 million of bonds are due on March 15, 2033.

The outlook is stable.
