New York Environmental plans to issue 2015D revolving funds bonds

Columbus, Ohio, July 16 – The New York State Environmental Facilities Corp. plans to issue state revolving funds refunding revenue bonds, series 2015D, in August, according to a notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will be bookrunner for the sale with Loop Capital Markets, LLC as co-senior manager.

Proceeds from the bonds will be used to redeem the issuer’s $385.57 million of series 2005B, 2005D, 2006C and 2007D bonds.
