New York State Environmental Facilities to sell $345.49 million bonds

New York, March 13 - The New York State Environmental Facilities Corp. plans to price $345.49 million of series 2014A state clean and drinking water revolving funds revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/AA+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Rice Financial Products Co. as the senior managers. The co-managers are BofA Merrill Lynch; Barclays; BNY Capital Markets LLC; Blaylock Beal Van LLC; CastleOak Securities LP; Citigroup Global Markets Inc.; Estrada Hinojosa & Co. Inc.; Fidelity Capital Markets Inc.; George K. Baum & Co.; Guggenheim Securities; Janney Montgomery Scott LLC; J.P. Morgan Securities LLC; Jefferies & Co.; KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.; Lebenthal & Co. LLC; Loop Capital Markets LLC; Mesirow Financial Inc.; Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC; Prager & Co. LLC; Ramirez & Co. Inc.; Raymond James/Morgan Keegan; RBC Capital Markets LLC; Rockfleet; Roosevelt & Cross Inc.; Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC; Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.; Williams Capital Group LP; and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2034.

Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation's series 2004C, 2004E and 2004F clean and drinking water revolving fund revenue bonds, which were previously issued to finance water pollution control and drinking water projects.
