New York State Environmental arranges $311.9 million sale of bonds

New York, June 22 - The New York State Environmental Facilities Corp. is set to price $311.9 million of series 2012D clean water and drinking water revolving funds revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds will be sold through senior managers Jefferies & Co. and Estrada Hinojosa & Co. Inc.
The co-managers are Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Blaylock Robert Van LLC, Fidelity Capital Markets LLC, Guggenheim Securities LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Mesirow Financial Inc., Prager & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Roosevelt & Cross Inc., The Williams Capital Group LP, Barclays Capital Inc., CastleOak Securities LP, George K. Baum & Co., Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, Lebenthal & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Ramirez & Co. Inc., Rice Financial Products Co., Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC, BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, M.R. Beal & Co. Inc., Raymond James/Morgan Keegan, Rookfleet Financial Services Inc., Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2028.
Proceeds will be used to refund bonds issued to provide financial assistance to the authority for water pollution and drinking water projects.
