Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 14 - New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. announced it has arranged a $60 million private placement of stock.
The trust will sell 15 million common shares at $4.00 per share.
Proceeds will be used for investments.
Settlement is expected Feb. 21.
