New York City Industrial Development to redeem $118.5 million of law school bonds due 2036

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 15 – The New York City Industrial Development Agency called $118.5 million of series 2006A and 2006B civic facility revenue bonds issued for the New York Law School project, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed Jan. 28 at par plus interest accrued to the redemption date:

• $59.25 million of series 2006A bonds due 2036;

• $41,695,000 of series 2006B-1 bonds due 2036; and

• $17,555,000 of series 2006B-2 bonds due 2036.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
