Trust for Cultural Resources of the City of New York plans $112.52 million bond offering

New York, Oct. 26 - The Trust for Cultural Resources of the City of New York is set to price $112,515,000 of series 2012 revenue bonds for the Wildlife Conservation Society, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Goldman Sachs & Co. as the senior manager.

The bonds are due 2022 to 2033.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, furnish and acquire Wildlife Conservation Society facilities at the Bronx Zoo and at the New York Aquarium.
