NYC Industrial’s American Airlines JFK bonds have mandatory tender

Norfolk, Va., July 2 – The New York City Industrial Development Agency said its $364.86 million of series 2002B special facility revenue bonds issued for the American Airlines, Inc. John F. Kennedy International Airport project, according to a notice.

The bonds will be purchased at 100.5 plus accrued interest on Aug. 3.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and tender agent.
