New York City Industrial calls $84.5 million solid waste bonds

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 24 – The New York City Industrial Development Agency plans to redeem $84.5 million of its series 1995 solid waste disposal revenue bonds issued for the 1995 Visy Paper (N.Y.), Inc. project, according to a notice.

The agency will redeem $3.9 million of 7.8% R-2 bonds due Jan. 1, 2016 and $80.6 million of 7.95% R-3 bonds due Jan. 1, 2028.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 20.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
