New York City IDA to sell $70 million bonds Thursday for NYSE project

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, May 26 - The New York City Industrial Development Agency is set on Thursday to price $70 million in series 2009 special revenue refinancing bonds for the New York Stock Exchange project, according to an offering calendar.

The bonds (A1) will be sold through senior manager Ramirez & Co.

Proceeds will be used to refund the agency's series 2004A bonds, which were issued to amortize site acquisitions and planning costs incurred with the cancelled plan to expand the New York Stock Exchange.
