New Issue: New York City Health brings $110.16 million of health system bonds

New York, March 19 - The New York City Health and Hospitals Corp. sold $110,155,000 of series 2013A health system bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/A+/A+) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2023 with 3% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation's series 2003A and 2008A revenue bonds.
