New York City calls $11.76 million 2004 G.O. bonds from four series

Kansas City, Kan., Jan. 31 - The City of New York said it would redeem $11.76 million of its fiscal 2004 general obligation bonds series H-5, H-6, H-7 and H-8.
The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to March 1, the redemption date.
The following bonds are affected:
• $1.96 million of variable-rate series H-5 bonds due March 1, 2034;
• $3.92 million of variable-rate series H-6 bonds due March 1, 2034;
• $1.96 million of variable-rate series H-7 bonds due March 1, 2034; and
• $3.92 million of variable-rate series H-8 bonds due March 1, 2034.
The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
