New York City plans to sell $620 million BABs via JPMorgan Dec. 10

New York, Dec. 3 - New York City is expected to sell $620 million in series 2009 taxable Build America Bonds on Dec. 10, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as the senior manager. The co-managers are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co.

A retail order period will be conducted starting Dec. 8.

Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures.
